I believe modern medicine has its place AND our current c-section rate is too high. I think home births are beautiful AND they’re not for everyone. I support you trying for an unmedicated birth AND asking for an epidural.

As your doula, I'll show you your options and give you the evidence; YOU decide what’s best for you and your baby. I support your decisions and advocate for them, from pregnancy through postpartum.
